The Position Analysis Questionnaire (PAQ) is the most widely researched and 
used tool for Job Analysis in the world. This 2-day course offers HR 
professionals to get certified to administer this tool throughout their 
organization. 

Objectives: 

This course offers professionals an additional tool to maximize their 
effectiveness in ensuring that they contribute to their organization's 
competitive edge.
Critical decisions involving the selection of employees, the development of 
compensation plans, the allocation of training resources, and the appraising of 
job performance all impact the organization's competitiveness in the market.

This innovative two-day workshop will enable participants to accomplish the 
following:
  a.. Determining the general structure of the PAQ system 
  b.. Establishing content validity requirements of jobs. 
  c.. Evaluating and classifying jobs. 
  d.. Identifying the important dimensions of each job. 
  e.. Hand on PAQ system implementation 
  f.. Conducting interviews for job incumbents 
  g.. Developing dimensions for appraising job performance.
Workshop will conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
Timing: 1st Session: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Prayer & Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM 
2nd Session: 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM

The Distinguished Trainer:
The seminar will be conducted by Industrial and Organizational Psychologist 
Heru Wiryanto and certified Trainer of the Position Analysis Questionnaire PAQ. 
His knowledge and experiences are across several management areas such Human 
Resource, Strategic Planning, Data Utility and Validation Research, 
Psychometric and Objective Measurement,  Talent Management, Performance 
Management.

About the PAQ:

The position Analysis Questionnaire (PAQ) is a structured job analysis 
questionnaire that measures job characteristics and relates them to human 
characteristics, rather than describing the tasks, technologies or duties of 
jobs. The PAQ offers a comprehensive description of the type and level of work 
behaviors required by a job as well as across time, even though tasks, 
technology and duties may change.
