We wish to honor Safiya Bukhari by continuing the work she dedicated her life to, the struggle for recognition and release of all political prisoners/POWs. That is why we are holding the Safiya Bukhari International Human Rights Weekend on Dec. 10th and 11th here in NYC. We are producing the Safiya Bukhari Resource Guide as a tool for activists. The Resource Guide will include many organizations working on the issues of political prisoners/POWs, HIV/AIDs, community organizing, etc., etc.--both nationally and internationally. It will be 8.5 x 5.5 inches (see mockup attached). Full-page ads (7.5 x 4.5 in.) cost only $50, and half-page ads (3.5 x 4.5 in.) only $25. We can do the layout for you.
