Pak HR activist appealed for the release of British and other Nationals:

The Pakistan's human and civil rights group Ansar Burney Welfare Trust
International has urged Iraqi kidnappers to release a British innocent
hostage they have been holding for several days under threat of death.

The Pakistan's world renowned human rights activist and Chairman of the
Trust, Ansar Burney, by profession a lawyer, in the very greater interest of
humanity and human rights, has appealed to Iraqi captors to release
62-year-old, British national, Kenneth Bigley without any further delay. He
also appealed with the captivists to release all other foreign nationals.

Ansar Burney, said that the kidnapping of innocents, torture and murder is a
henious crime and sin. He said Bigley and other foreign nationals are
innocent human beings, held hostage in Iraq by militants led by Abu Musab
al-Zarqawi who have already beheaded two U.S. hostages, Eugene Armstrong and
Jack Hensley.

Ansar Burney said that the kidnapping, torture and murder of innocents is
not only henious crime in the eyes of law but its a sin in Islam as well.

"If the kidnappers are Muslims, I appeal them in the greater interest and in
the name of Islam to release Kenneth Bigley and others immediately". Ansar
Burney appealed.
