Ansar Burney appealed with captors to release Margaret in Iraq:


The Pakistan�s human and civil rights organisation Ansar Burney Welfare 
Trust International has appealed with captors to release Margaret Hassan, 
the kidnapped director of CARE International in Iraq. Margaret Hassan was 
abducted on Tuesday in Baghdad.

Chairman of the Ansar Burney Welfare Trust International and Prisoners Aid 
Society, Ansar Burney, Advocate has appealed with the killers of humanity to 
respect a woman who served crying humanity in Iraq for long thirty years.

Prominently known as human rights �Angel� Ansar Burney to save the life of 
an innocent lady, who served humanity for thirty years, announced that the 
Ansar Burney Welfare Trust International is ready to fulfil any demand of 
the captors and ready to pay any reasonable ransom only to save a lady 
humanitarian aid worker who saved several lives in Iraq while serving the 
humanity in the last thirty years.

He said killing of innocents specially women and children is strictly 
prohibited in Islam.

He said Margaret Hassan an Irish-British-Iraqi national has been doing great 
humanitarian work in Iraq for last 30 years, including distributing medicine 
and food.

�Is captors are giving this reward of 30 long years� humanitarian services 
to an innocent woman?� Ansar Burney asked with the captors and their 
supporters.

He said Margaret is widely known for her charity work in the Middle East, 
she was born in Dublin and was naturalized as an Iraqi after marrying an 
Iraqi man.
