Zdravím,
tohle záleží na firemní strategii. Vím, že přesně tohle dělají ve firmě
Skype, protože pak mohou zajišťovat vysokou škálovatelnost díky
replikaci a automatické volbě serveru kde položí dotaz a také tím
zajišťují přístupová práva. Pokud by použili přímo selecty, tak by toto
dosáhnout nemohli.
Na druhou stranu je to samozřejmě pracnější řešení. My to třeba nepoužíváme.
Ale Skype jej používá intenzívně. Povídali o tom na letošním P2D2.
Bohužel není záznam.
Záleží na dalších okolnostech.

Rad bych se zeptal na nezavisly nazor. Je ve vasi firme bezne, ze jsou v
Java Enterprise aplikaci (Spring, EJB, cokoliv) vsechny CRUD operace
modelovany pres ulozene procedury v databazi? Nemluvim o komplexnich
operacich, ktere je nutne do storky davat, ale o kazde jednotlive
jednoduche operaci select, update, insert, delete, pricemz z DAO vrstvy
pak jen volate ulozenou proceduru?
Mate nejake vyrazne plusy ci minusy proc tento pristup
doporucit/zavrhnout?
