Internetadress: www.sida.se, Beskrivning: The purpose of the co-operation is
to provide support towards the establishment of ITIA (The Information
Technology and Internet Agency) as a strategic ICT centre by the provision
of adequate capacity building measures in all relevant areas that
efficiently and constructively may support the Government in its efforts to
developing ICT in Serbia. The Consultant will be responsible for the
following main tasks: 1. Assist the ITIA in the development of competent
staff and management systems that enables it to fulfil its mandate and
functions effectively; 2. Support the ITIA in the development of its
capability, capacity and means to inform and share information
electronically; 3. Support ITIA in the development of its capacity to
conduct policy studies by implementing a series of prioritised studies as a
basis for formulating policy advice to the Government.
