Patch to fix encoding of SSI item names.
This patch fixes encoding of SSI item names. Studying network traffic reveals
that SSI item names are sent and received in UTF-8 encoding. After applying
this patch Kopete correctly recognises non-latin1 contact group names, and can
even create them. Interoperability with ICQ5 tested and confirmed.
