If this is on ICQ, it's very likely due to the recent protocol change. Kopete's
development branch (0.12) doesn't seem to be affected by this. So, if you can
compile from source, getting the current development code would be a quick
workaround. Though I doubt 0.12 would compile on KDE as ancient as 3.2 :(...
