I had the same compile error under Slackware Linux (current) with:
videodevice.h:141: error: `V4L2_STD_PAL_H' was not declared in this scope
videodevice.h:141: error: enumerator value for `STANDARD_PAL' not integer
constant
...
I applied the patch and I can at least compile kopete again. :) I don't have a
running V4L2 here, because my hardware is not supported under Linux and so
haven't worked with V4L yet. :(
