After the handling of character encodings in OSCAR has been redone in bugs
101797 and 112323, one thing still remains to be finished: The default encoding
combo box in ICQ's account preferences remains grayed out because that feature
has not been implemented yet.
I couldn't find a report dealing with that specific issue only, so I thought I
would file this one to help keep track of this to-do item.
