This is what the configure output says about finding ilbc:
checking iLBC_decode.h usability... yes
checking iLBC_decode.h presence... yes
checking for iLBC_decode.h... yes
checking for iLBC_decode in -lilbc... yes
If I call configure without "--enable-jingle" and without
"--with-ilbc=/usr/local", everything works fine.
