but then I got an email from bugzilla. subject: KDE Bug System Error
User 60727 doesn't have permission to close/reopen bugs.
so, it's fixed, but I don't have permission to tell it that. funny, I thought
it let me fix a different bug... maybe I used CCBUG that time.
