it's not going to be deleted, as we don't delete contacts that are not on the
server side list yet. However, I am curious to know (unless you've turned it
off) whether or not the dialog that asks you about adding contacts to your
contact list is shown with the ICQ uin (or AIM screenname) of the contact that
was deleted in the original ICQ client.
