turns out that the specific problem is that there must be at least 3 characters
before the next url or it won't be noticed. so www.foo.ca . www.bar.ca works
fine. putting the urls on separate lines also works, and so does separating
htem by 3 spaces instead of space-char-space.
another slightly annoying thing is that (www.foo.ca) doesn't work; you have to
have spaces around the url. if you only have a space *before* the url, then it
thinks the closing-bracket is part of the url. this seems silly, because I've
never seen a real url with ) in it.
I'm not sure precisely what part of kopete or kde is at fault here, though;
obviously something to do with the chatwindow, but is it that khtml thing's
fault? or is it something that's actually in kopete that we can fix?
