What you could do -- if you want to -- is to post your proposal here and
see if anyone offers insights or suggestions. You're in no way mandated
to do so. And there's also no guarantee that anyone will reply.
In the end, it's all up to you to prepare a good proposal: something that
you think you can realistically accomplish. Do not try to overachieve, or
you'll get nowhere. Just be honest.
And file it in the Google interface.
