Matt is (like me) a developper of Kopete.
KDE bugzilla is used to help developper to track and fix bugs.
Not for user asking questions
If an user has a question, he should use user forum, or eventually, if he still
have not the answer, the developper mailing list.
In your case, you don't show us any bug to fix, it is normal that we close the
bug report.
To reply to your question: you can safelly simply ignore theses warnings.
