I advise not to change the bubble into something like amarok's OSD (along with
a similar ability to configure the position) : a small window with only an
accept/continue button button( and a standard close button that can be clicked
with mouse or Esc key). This window should be above all and on all desktops,
possibly with a transparency fade in/out.
Extensions:
- it should show the number of mesages received since the starting one
- when more contacts send start of conversation messages, this notification
should tile
