Using jabber/0.12 (appeared there, wasn't in gentoo's 0.12-beta2-r1), I fiddled
with this one issue lately, and it seems that for me the rich text toolbar is
indeed remembered via the "red pencil" button, but as a "per contact" setting
only. The menu entry just does nothing (memory-wise) as if:
1. it does not store the setting
2. it stores it, but on recall it's overridden by the "per contact" setting
3. it involves sacrificing goats at the same time (but I have none at hand)
Troublesome and unexpected behaviour.
