Usually I use SIM, however, I decided to try kopete.
I configured kopete to use my current ICQ account, and after it logged in, the
contact list showed weird, UTF8 misencoded characters (the characters you see
when you try to view utf-8 text using different encoding) instead of the Hebrew
characters which were supposed to be there.
I tried to launch kopete using LANG=en_US.UTF-8 but it didnt help.
I think there should be a combo box for selecting the encoding of the contact
list.
