Using a creative notebook webcam.

The webcam works perfectly with xawtv, and amsn. xwatv output if it's useful:
francis suse ~/d/kdenetwork> xawtv
This is xawtv-3.94, running on Linux/x86_64 (2.6.16.13-4-default)

v4l-conf had some trouble, trying to continue anyway
ioctl: VIDIOCMCAPTURE(frame=0;height=144;width=176;format=7): Invalid argument
I'm also using Xgl, if that's of any consequence. Haven't tested without Xgl,
but I will try to later.
