Maybe be configurable? I don't see why this hasn't always been an option to
begin with. Nearly all of the people I know send their emoticons this way, and
I can't tell them to use spaces before their emoticons. It's just too silly,
and they'll most likely just say my client is inferior anyway. Which I'll agree
with unless this behavior is changed or at least possible to override WITHOUT
changing the source code of the program manually.
