Some of ICQ users don't have an image, but ICQ server still sends an image: a
"No Photo Available" image...
Also different ICQ users have different "No Photo Available" image.
This cause the list look unclean, for exmaple:

Only one user has an image, but the list contain 5 kind of images
(1 user image, 1 blue head, 3 differnt "No Photo Available" images)
It would be great if Kopete will use blue heads istead of "No Photo Available"
images.
