Gmail.com doesn't support <NICKNAME> tag (and it seems that they're not
interested in compability with others). Kopete is fetching nicknames at first
run, but it can't fetch from gmail.com. But it supports <FN>. Maybe fetching FN
if NICKNAME is not present and using that FN as a name on the roster woudln't
be a bad idea?
