Yahoo emoticons :"> and :-" are not displayed if entered by keyboard or by
click in emoticons dialog.
The other person receiving them sees them correctly.
If the emoticons are received from a contact they are displayed correctly but
if the mouse is hovered :-" is displayed only as :- (without quote).
The expected behaviour is to see the emoticon, otherwise the user might be
thinking that it's not working.
