Kopete will not allow joining the empty channel. When the SAJOIN command on
unrealircd is used to
force a join, kopete segfaults.
It's fine to prevent joining or using #, although I think this is a valid
channel (most other clients I've tried support it), but a crash is problematic
as a malicious server could then crash Kopete at will.
