I have the same problem, nearly every incoming file stops after a while,
sometimes it even reaches 90% or more, it doesn't get only few kB, but
sometimes even 1 or 2 MB. Kopete gives no error, the transfer window remains
opened, but the transfer is interrupted on the messenger side. My contacts use
ms live messenger.
