I'm not sure if it's regression or somehow old bug reappeared but after I
installed new version of kopete I can't make format toolbar in chat window stay
hidden - when I close chat window and reopen it toolbar is visible again. To
make things worse when I set the toolbar orientation to "flat" and then close
and reopen chat window the part (of the flat space height) of the toolbar is
displayed instead.
