Since today (around 11:50 UTC), connecting to the ICQ network doesn't work
anymore for me.
As somebody in freenode/#kopete pointed out, version 0.12.2 still works. Other
clients also still work, so this seems as if a change in kopete-0.12.3 causes
this problem.
