No connection to AIM since update to 0.12.3 under KDE 3.5.5. I updated using Synaptic from my standard Debian repository. The little AIM walking man indicator just walks, never connects, and if I try to start a chat with AIM users, it get the message that the contact is not reachable. Yet if other AIM users start a chat with me, the window comes up and I can chat with no problems ...
