Receiving and sending files in MSN plugin is slow because direct transfers are
not implemented. It pass though Microsoft servers (aka Switchboard servers) so
the transfer are not optimal.
Adding support for direct transfer in Kopete 0.12 would require refactoring on
the handling of P2P context in current MSN plugin.
This is planned that I implement direct transfers in new Messenger plugin in
Kopete 1.0 and later.
