New DCOP functions for retrieving status
This patch adds four new DCOP calls:
o allAccountsConnected
o allAccountsDisconnected
o allConnectedAccountsAway
o allConnectedAccountsOnline
The patch is made with Kopete pre-3.5.6 (revision 614534)
It does not completely close this bug, but for me it is sufficient. Hopefully
it's helpful for you as well.
