Except that Shift+Left and Shift+Right won't work for Kopete. Why? Because 
people expect to be able to use Shift+Left and Shift+Right to select text 
while they're typing for copy and paste or deletion.

If we don't use these shortcuts already, I would suggest Alt+Right and 
Alt+Left
