Summary: it is not possible to add a new contact in Kopete (ICQ).
Then i am on line in ICQ it is invisible for others that

ICQ in Kopete
Then i try to add a new contact, nothing occurs. It seems that the new contact
is not created and don't showed in Komete window.
At the same time then others try to add my contact to them they see's me as i'm
off line (but really i'm on line).
In ICQ i am registered and have a UIN.
