When using the british locale en_GB.UTF-8, there is no problem. When using the
norwegian no_NO.UTF-8, the contact list ordering is incorrect. The contact
(with "Online" status) with a name beginning with the letter A, is put at the
bottom. Even below the contacts that have status "Away".
