after activating capab identify-msg, the server seams to send -/+ as first
character in all messages (not registered/registered). kopete those not handle
these messages properly in all situations:
/me sleeping
-->
< 1>ACTION sleeping< 1>
please remove -/+ and pass this information to the style, to handle it there.
Something like %identify_msg%
