Scenario:
- Chat window open
- want to change notification settings
- open Settings->Configure Notifications
>From now on the chat window is blocked from usage, meaning I can't send a

To do that I have to cancel the configuration dialog and walk through the
hard-disk again later after I sent my reply.
Could this dialog be made in a way that it NOT blocks the user from sending
messages?
