I was not able to reproduce this with Kopete 0.12.5. I installed an emoticon
set via get hot new stuff, and then removed it. The entry was removed from the
emoticon list correctly. Please note that system-wide themes are not able to be
uninstalled, which would explain why the 'Remove Theme' button for some
emoticon sets are greyed out.
