Ok I've gotten the bug to occur in Kopete 0.12.3. It appears that after the
plugin is disabled, the context menu item does not go away. When it is enabled
again, a context menu item is added, but the old one is still there, so it ends
up with more than one. This behavior does not occur in the upcoming Kopete
1.0.0 (with KDE 4), so I'll call this one fixed.
