For several versions now, Kopete does not seem to be able to memorize all the
Message Window Settings for Jabber message windows (and Yahoo as well, I think,
but no contacts online to test it). I normally disable _any toolbar in my
message window, which results in having a plain conversation window with input
field and 'send' Button. For Jabber, this does not work properly. The toolbar
for formatting messages can be disabled, but upon restart of Kopete, it's
enabled again. With ICQ and MSN, the main protocols I work with, this problem
does not apply. It's obviously a regression, as it worked in earlier versions
of Kopete (0.10.x).
