1. The last time I had used licq, in the normal contact list, it simply did not
indicate contacts that need authorization. Thus, it can be explained easily why
it /seems/ to work with licq.
2. Define properly. If the server tells us that a contact need authorization,
then kopete will inform the user about this *fact*. Nonetheless, if such user
goes online, kopete should show this user as online (when not respecting other
...). Please see Bug 117740 for a more detailed explanation.
