Also, there could be some sort of tabbed dialog (With identities as tabs) or tree (Identities + accounts below) or 2 synchronized Lists ( one with identities and second with accounts). In this approach there is no need for extra buttons at all: everything could be done with pop-up context menu. I think it will be less obscure than "modify" button. Anyways, proposed improvement is much better than current dialog and much faster to implement than my spaceship :)
