If I set kttsd to read notifications from all apps, then lots of events (such
as message sent) cannot be turned off individually in kttsd.
Regrettably, if I turn on only the specific incoming message event in kttsd, I
don't get any notification.
What's worse, if I receive a message while all notifications are on, kttsd
starts spewing lots of QtXML widget text instead of the actual contents of the
text message!
