It seems the class VideoControl has no code, just a constructor and destructor.
To get around this compile error, I blanked out videocontrol.h and
videocontrol.h.cpp. There were a couple of references to VideoControl, those I
just removed. This makes the code like 3.5.7. Not a real fix, but it keeps me
going.
