Implemented for KDE 4.0 - protocols can hint to the main application whether a
chat session should be shown in a chat window sized for IM (400x400 default, no
members list) or chatroom (650,400 default, with members list). These layout
details are stored separately for each type, and are sticky.
Also a compact chat style variant is used in chatroom style windows where high
traffic is the norm.
