in 3.5.8 account priority does not work either.
ICQ has highest priority, msn lowest (is on the bottom of the list)
I have a metacontact who uses MSN and ICQ.
Most of the time, kopete uses msn to talk to him even though he is online with
both accounts.
Also sometimes ICQ is used.
