I can confirm this as well on my system. Gentoo 2007.0 updated all base
packages before merging with new useflags, then emerged kde (3.5.8). It
crashes when you try to add a new jabber account from accounts.

(new_prio >= __sched_fifo_min_prio && new_prio <= __sched_fifo_max_prio)'
failed.
KCrash: Application 'kopete' crashing...
