After moving ICQ contact from one group in contact list to another, this
contact looses it's authorization so i have to request it again.
Also when making metacontact from ICQ contact, it looses it's authorization.
Tried to manually change contact request authorization option in contactlist
XML to false, but after changing it and starting Kopete, value again changed
back to true.
