The program will not save the settings for Openening incoming messages in new
window, either in global behavior settings, or in the account settings. In
kopeterc I can see the line useMessageQueue=false, but in the behavior tab of
the GUI, none of the three options of Message Handling is Enabled. Similarly,
if the option is enabled from the Global MSN settings tab of the Modify account
menu. The next time I see it, it has remained unchecked.
