it works with the testbed protocol. it takes 5 seconds at least before the
preview show up. but it works.
i have not been able to test again the msn video with a peer to see if i still
have the same problem.
kopete 0.12.7 and kde 3.5.8
Note: i do not have to use anymore the force_palette option when i use the
ov51x-jpeg driver.
