so, some way to configure it inside the application (ie not by fixing config
files) would be nice -- i seem to remember that in an early version one could
change the appearance of kopete by manipulating [ht|x]ml somwhere under setting
-> configure ...
it shouldn't be too hard, to have at least a checkbox saying "show date" and
depending on its state insert the date, thus it does not depend on the theme
but on kopete.
